Our brand new modern apartment is situated on the New Golden Mile between San Pedro and the town of Estepona, on a popular urbanization called Costalita. It is less than one hours drive from Malaga and Gibraltar airports and close to the resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

The development was completed in 2004 and our apartment is situated on the ground floor directly in front of the swimming pool and with a small private garden to the rear.

The accommodation is ideal for a small family who will be able to enjoy the use of the community swimming pool and changing rooms or walk directly to the beautiful beach only 2 minutes from the apartment.
