Plaza Mar Condo 306 on Los Muertos Beach 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Plaza Mar is located directly on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, it is only two blocks from the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. It is a quick and easy walk to fine dining and shopping. Most of the newer hotels are north of town which are not within walking distance of the town square, restaurants, and shopping. In addition, the north hotels are in the American part of town and are very Americanized, which does not give you the true Mexican feeling.
