All you need to do is to make sure that your site is listed with search engines such as Yahoo, Google, AltaVista, Excite etc. Also add your site to regional travel directories and national and international directories. Potential guests find your web site on these sources, and from there are only one click away from your online reservation system.
Do I have to list my complete inventory?
No! Hotel Accomodation Easy allows you to list only the rooms you wish. However, there is no reason not to list your complete inventory because the system is under your control.
What if a guest calls me to make a reservation will this not mess up Hotel Accomodation Easy's availability table?
No. You can easily add rooms that are booked by telephone, fax or other means to Hotel Accomodation Easy via the
Internet. This way the availability within Hotel Accomodation Easy is always up to date.
What is the process for adding Hotel Accomodation Easy to my web site?

Yes. You can specify up to 24 different seasons in a year.
Does Hotel Accomodation Easy allow for daily rates?
Yes. You can specify up to 3 different rates in a week.
Does Hotel Accomodation Easy allow for seasonal rates with different rates at weekends?
Yes. You can specify up to 24 seasons in a year and also specify 2 different rates during a week for each season.
How am I notified when a guest makes a reservation request?
You are immediately sent an email when a guest makes a reservation request. Also you can specify a second email address that should receive a copy of the email. In the agency version you can also tell Hotel Accomodation Easy to send an email to each hotel with details of their bookings. In all cases the guest receives an email showing booking details.
What if a guest cancels a booking?
You simply log in to Hotel Accomodation Easy's report module and cancel the booking. The rooms are automatically returned to the availability table. You can also allow guests to cancel or change bookings online if you wish.
Does Hotel Accomodation Easy have any sales reporting?
Yes. The ?program can display reservation report, cancellation report, monthly sales, sales analysis, guest contact information, agent’s sales and individual invoices. Report can be displayed for an entire year or the dates that you select.
Can I offer a discount that only applies if the guest books within that period?
Yes. You can specify the discount period and the amount. In the agency version these can be different for each property. You could also use the system to add a surcharge instead of giving a discount.
Does Hotel Accomodation Easy handle discounts for long-term guests?
Yes. You can specify the minimum stay before the discount applies and the discount amount.
Can Hotel Accomodation Easy handle a service charge?
Yes. You can add both a percentage and fixed amount. Adding surcharges is an optional feature.
Can Hotel Accomodation Easy handle tax?
Yes. Tax is added to the whole amount. Adding tax is an optional feature.
I offer different rates for bed & breakfast and full board is this possible in Hotel Accomodation Easy?
Yes. You would specify the basic cost for a room. This can be just the room or you can include breakfast. You can then offer other meal options as an extra on the booking form. So you could offer lunch, lunch & dinner, full board etc.
Can I add airport pickup onto the booking form?
Yes. You can, if you wish, include a range of options on the booking form. These can be charged in a variety of ways.
Can a guest book a room for different dates without having to submit individual bookings?
Yes. A guest can book a room for say 1 December to 5 December and then book another room for 10
December to 12 December. All bookings can be submitted and paid for at once. In the agency version a guest can book rooms at different hotels then submit all bookings simultaneously.
Can I block guests from bookings rooms on certain days?
Yes. You can specify the room type and the dates on which you want to block a potential guest from booking a room. When you use this feature it does not change room availability, therefore Hotel Accomodation Easy’s inventory reports will show actual room availability. However, a visitor to your web site will not be able to book a room of the type, and on the dates you specify.
